I lose income when a property is empty. How fast can you install flooring?

Working to tight time-frames is just one of the ways we make your life easier. If you have tenants in the house, we can make that work too by choosing a time that works for them and us, and communicating when we’ll be there and what to expect.

Can you advise me on which services will add the most value?

Absolutely! We’d love to. With a background in real estate, property investment and management, we know how to add value to your property and to keep the process stress-free.

Do I need to be there to oversee the project?

Only if you want to, but you don’t need to be. We project manage from start to finish, so you can get on with the other things on your to-do list. We’re happy to liaise with tenants ourselves, or collect the keys from another location or onsite keysafe.
